Booking

-Once you receive an invoice confirming that your selected dates are available, you will have 24 hours to make payment to secure your booking.

-Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in those dates potentially being reserved by someone else as your booking will be voided.

 

Cancellation Policy

-Refunds will be issued if cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to reservation date.

-A re-booking will be made if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to reservation date.

 

Pet Policy

-There is a $30 cleaning fee if you want to bring your pet.

 

Damage Policy

-Any damage or theft discovered after your check out time will result in up to $150 in charges. You are required to agree to this payment in the event that you are responsible for said damage.

 

Hot Tub

-You are required to sign a waiver prior to hot tub usage (found inside dome)

-It is strongly advised that pregnant persons do not use the hot tub.

-Use and operate at own risk.

 

Fire Sources

-You are required to sign a waiver prior to lighting any fires (found inside dome)

-At Temple of Eden Domes there are 3 wood fired amenities – wood fired hot tub, outdoor firepit, and rock faced fireplace.

-The outdoor firepit is, under no circumstance, allowed to be lit during a NS fire ban.

 

Injuries

-When you choose to stay with us, you are choosing to stay in nature and accidents can happen.

-This is just a more glamorous version of camping where all seasons and elements have the potential of being present.

-There are uneven grounds in some areas of each Dome site, the gazebo stairs will get icy in the winter, even the domes themselves are quite rustic and you will find lots of stonework and eccentric tiling, and the floor is concrete so it really wouldn’t be a soft landing… these are all things to be aware of.
